Garden of Eden Consulting Group, Inc. sincerely appreciates YOU, for allowing us to share our vision for the disadvantaged families we intend to serve. The company was developed by its co-founders, LeRoy Baker and Franklin Benjamin. We believe it is God’s Will that we establish a cohesive working relationship with smaller community non-profits that share the same vision concepts for our community, the Inland Empire. This type of project will allow for the growth we all are seeking for the region. In addition, it will show unity, collaboration, and community support.

Mr. Baker is the son of a minister who served the Inland Empire for over 20 years. His father taught him to surround himself with like-minded people; to be compassionate, genuine, honest, serve those in need and be a servant leader. Mr. Baker has worked on numerous projects over the years, but his most fulfilling achievement was negotiating a gang truce on the west side of San Bernardino. Together with community partnerships with the Police, City and Faith-based organizations, it was accomplished. Unfortunately, due to a lack of a major resource, vocational training, it was not sustainable.

Mr. Benjamin, a retired Chief Warrant Officer4 Marine Aviation Supply, served in the military for over 23 years and brings a wealth of experience to the community. He has served as Head Elder at his church where he developed an outreach program funded by donations. For over 10 years he managed the monthly resources available to the community amounting to between $35-$50K. 

Together we have assembled the best consultants available, who understand the grassroots methods, that are needed to change the lives of members of the disadvantaged communities we serve. Our team members bring over 25 years of experience with Behavioral Health, Healthcare, Military, Medical Case Management, Outreach, Vocational training, Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence and Troubled Youth Prevention activities.

Our team is dedicated to developing collaborative community-partners (Government, Local Businesses, Faith-based organizations) whose efforts will result in home ownership and vocational training, providing sustainable jobs that all the families who participate will be able to reset their lives derailed by various hardships.
